If the item is faulty we offer a no quibbles full money back guarantee.Shirts & Jeans: If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your custom apparel you can return for a full refund (items must be unused). If the problem’s to do with the fit than that’s cool; you can return the jeans or shirt, re-order with different measurements, and we’ll ship the replacement out for free.
Dresses: If your dress needs alteration send it back to us by registered post with completed Alteration form. You can avail of one free alteration on your garment. If in the likely event an additional alteration was requierd you can get a quote from us or bring to a trusted dress maker to make the changes. As dresses are extremely bespoke creations we can not offer refunds.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?A. Your order is made within a week of receipt of your order. Depending on your location it can take anywhere from 3+ working days to deliver (3 days (UK), 4-6 days (EU and USA) and 6+days to some other locations).

Q. I own a shop / boutique; can I order in bulk?A. Yes.
Q. How do your prices compare to the high-street?A. We are a lot cheaper than buying ‘haute coutour’ (that’s high fashion to you and me) or any bespoke tailored garment.
Q. Where are the items made?A. Your customised item is then sent to a highly specialised manufacturing facility, where it is cut, sewn, tested for quality, and shipped direct to you. Dresses are made in the United Kingdom, Jeans and Shirts are made in Indonesia. Children are not employed in any of the manufacturing plants.
Q. Where are you based?A. We’re based in Dublin, Ireland on the Western side of Europe. We’re a proud member of the European Union (500mn+ inhabitants). Our closest City to our West is Boston and the United Kingdom is just a hop over the Irish Sea to the East.
